We are blessed to have adopted both of our beautiful daughters domestically through Adoption Associates. Adelaine, born in 2002, and Faith, born in 2005, were both answers to prayer. After experiencing many years of infertility and contacting several agencies to discuss adoption, we knew that AAI was the agency for us from the initial contact we made over the phone. The compassionate and professional way both of our adoptions were handled was a breath of fresh air as each professional involved in our adoption process seemed to share our enthusiasm for starting our family through adoption.
From the receptionist at the front desk to our home study coordinator and adoption caseworker, compassion and professionalism governed every aspect of our experience. After many long years of infertility, we finally felt like someone was on our side and advocating for us in our journey.
AAI helped us through the domestic adoption process, facilitating our relationship with the birth mothers and helping us prepare for the transition. We were extremely pleased with AAI’s educational approach to adoption. AAI’s philosophy is proactive, seeking to educate others about all aspects of adoption. We believe this positive approach will inevitably lead to a more “adoption-friendly” society for our daughters to grow up in.
